Single storey extension in Claygate

This lovely client came to us looking for help converting & transforming their home in Claygate. They’d found that their existing kitchen space was small & cluttered, their dining room was hardly ever used, they were short on storage, and found that the compartmentalised layout of the house meant that they frequently found themselves in separate rooms to each other. Soe not only helped design a fantastic extension for them that created a lovely open-plan kitchen / dining / living room that they absolutely love, but we also submitted & managed their planning permission and building control applications, created full specifications, helped them to source builders & along with our partners at Greenway Associates also project managed the whole job too. The end result has made a fantastic addition to their home and our clients are absolutely delighted with it.
