We’ve been carrying our measured surveys and putting together CAD drawings since long before the formation of this company, and so this forms a valuable third aspect to our business that can be used for a number of different purposes:

- We’ve put together office partitioning & furniture layouts for refurbishment companies
- We’ve put together service layouts for mechanical & electrical contractors
- We’ve designed bars, restaurants & commercial kitchens for contract caterers
- We’ve put together security schematics for security companies
- We’ve created fire installation specs & zoning drawings for fire systems specialists
- We’ve put together bespoke wardrobe drawings for carpenters to tender from
- We’ve designed retail outlets, dental surgeries, gyms and even a lap-dancing bar once too!
So as you can see, we can carry out a wide variety of CAD survey & design works on either an ad-hoc basis or acting as your outsourced drawing office if you wish. All of our measured surveys are drawn up on-site so that A: we can turn them around exceptionally quickly (usually within 24-48 hours of survey), and B: we can ensure their accuracy too (without having to second-guess dimensions back in the office)., and in fifteen years we’ve yet to have a measured survey come back wrong!
